A great experience in my five years living here. Rent rates have been incredibly reasonable each lease renewal. Bob is an awesome landlord, easy to speak with, and always available as needed. The apartment itself has always been a great looking apartment. I highly recommend if you love living basically downtown, yet away from most of the traffic noise; a landlord who will always answer quickly; and the convenience of a convenience store with a McDonald's with delicious burgers and fries within a 2 minute walk.
