1. Accessing RENTCafé: Registration Process & Existing Tenant Login Guide
If you have not yet registered with RENTCafé, you will need to contact your property manager and ask for your T-Code to begin the registration process. (If you already have an account with RENTCafé, select the “Current Tenant” tab on the Kabredlo’s Property homepage and log-in with your account information, then skip to step 9.)
2.Accessing Kabredlo’s Property Resident Portal with Your T-Code
Once you’ve contacted your property manager to receive your T-Code, please visit the Kabredlo’s Property homepage and click on the “Current Tenants” tab at the top of the page. This will direct you to the login screen of our Resident Portal

Once you know your T-Code, go to the Kabredlo’s Property homepage and select the “Current Tenants” tab near the top of the page. You will be directed to the log-in screen in our Resident Portal.
6. User Registration: Providing Name, T-Code, and Email Address
Once you’ve been taken to the User Registration page, you will be prompted to provide details such as your name, T-Code, and a valid email address. If you have ever provided Kabredlo’s Property with an email address, you must register with the same email address previously given in order for your RENTCafé account to properly synchronize in our system.

10. Submitting Online Maintenance Request Form with Details and Photos
Fill out the fields provided in your online Maintenance Request form and give a detailed description of your maintenance issue. You may even submit a photo to help us better understand your request by selecting the “Browse” button at the bottom of your form.

11.Submitting and Notifying Property Manager: Click 'Submit' for Maintenance Request
Once your form is complete, click “Submit.” Your property manager will be notified of your request and will send a maintenance crew member to fix your problem as soon as they’re available
